​Looking Closer

Ice-dyeing was a new adventure for me and the results were rich in opportunity the imagination.  The stitching reflects the creatures I found hidden there. Named to reflect the dragonflies which have landed on the lion’s nose…..at least this is what I saw in the dyed fabric before me.
