Inspired by some personal experimentation with meditation at a difficult time.  Words from inspirational spiritual leader Sri Chinmoy 1931-2007.

​Pieced hand dyed cotton using Arashi post wrapping technique and quite with Glide polyester thread. Freehand stitching on domestic sewing machine. Hand embellishment with hand dyed Perle thread.
